It features High Strength UltraDura 90 (HRB90) pinion gear and CNC ultra-hardened manganese brass main gear (HRB80), 20% more durable than aluminum and 95% stronger than zinc alloys. An extra-strong stainless steel main shaft adds to its exceptional resistance.

Exceptionally Strong and Smooth Drag

The versatile drag system provides impressive strength and smoothness. Sizes 2500/3000/4000 have a triple-disc carbon fiber drag system capable of 30lbs of max drag, while sizes 5000/6000 use a four-disc carbon fiber drag system for 40lbs of max drag. The largest size, 8000, incorporates five carbon fiber discs, delivering an impressive 55lbs of max drag.

Rugged and Capable Body Design

The CNC aluminum frame construction enhances resilience, and the carbon fiber rotor reduces weight without loss of durability. The die-cast aluminum handle arm and T-shaped knob provide a secure grip for efficient retrieves. The high-capacity CNC braid-ready aluminum spool eliminates the need for mono backing when spooling braided lines.

Smooth Yet Fast Retrieve

The 5 double-shielded stainless steel ball bearings ensure smooth operation, even in challenging conditions. The specially designed polymer roller bearing and 8-pin stainless steel one-way bearing prevent reversals. Gear ratios range from 6.2:1 for sizes 2500/3000/4000 to 5.2:1 for the size 8000, ensuring both rapid and controlled retrievals.
